People Operations Specialist Xolo 📍 Spain (Remote) 💰 Salary: €30,000–39,000 gross annually Xolo, an international company simplifying entrepreneurship for freelancers and solopreneurs, is looking for a People Operations Specialist to take ownership of HR operations in Spain and support international HR processes. You’ll be the company’s first in-house HR professional in Spain, with the opportunity to shape local HR operations and improve employee experience. What you’ll do: — Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding — Ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and collective agreements — Coordinate payroll, Social Security registrations and reporting with external providers — Manage employment contracts, leave, benefits and employee inquiries — Support international HR operations and collaborate with EOR partners — Prepare contractor agreements and maintain employee documentation — Keep HRIS data accurate and support reporting and audits — Improve HR processes across countries What they’re looking for: — 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role — Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, payroll and collective agreements — Experience managing employment contracts and HR documentation — Experience or interest in international HR operations — Strong organisational and communication skills — Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities — Fluent Spanish and English What they offer: — Fully remote work from Spain — €30,000–39,000 annual gross salary — Health insurance or sports membership — Home office setup bonus and monthly remote work allowance — Annual company event in Estonia — International team and opportunities to shape HR operations LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
