Talent Acquisition Partner Coinspaid 📍 Remote — European Region CoinsPaid, a global fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and improve hiring processes across the business. What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle recruitment, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy to interviews and onboarding preparation — Conduct international talent market research and provide insights to hiring managers — Source candidates through professional networks, communities, referrals and direct outreach — Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ skills and competencies — Partner with stakeholders to design and improve interview processes — Manage candidate communication and ensure timely feedback — Maintain accurate recruitment data in Lever ATS — Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports and improve hiring efficiency — Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and contribute to employer branding What they’re looking for: — 5+ years of technical recruitment experience — Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies and recruitment tools — Experience managing and scaling full-cycle recruitment processes — Strong stakeholder management and interviewing skills — Experience working with recruitment metrics and analytics — Business-oriented mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills — Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus — Fluent Russian and English B2+ What they offer: — Fully remote work with optional offices and relocation support — Flexible, async-friendly working environment — Benefits budget of up to €230/month — Professional development and language learning support — Medical insurance or reimbursement, depending on location — Mental health support, team events and company offsites LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
