#вакансия #финансы #cfo #london #ятоп 🔹 Finance Director | CFO | Private Family Office 📍 London, UK 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Oversee consolidated budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and expenditure across the Family Office. * Establish financial reporting and cost-control systems for property portfolios, construction projects, and operational facilities. * CAPEX, operating expenses, and budget performance. * Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support investment and capital allocation decisions. * Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across multiple entities. * Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, and other external financial partners. 🔹 Requirements * 5 + years of relevant finance experience, including senior financial management responsibilities. * Fluent in both Russian and English. * Experience in a Family Office, real estate, investment, or a complex international business environment. * Strong expertise in financial planning, modelling, reporting, and cash flow management. * Proven ability to manage a finance team and implement financial processes. * A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage. * Big Four or investment banking experience * High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders in a confidential environment.
