HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist Caltor 📍 Remote — Worldwide ⏰ Schedule: Flexible hours, with some overlap with New York business hours (9 AM–5 PM Eastern) 📅 Application deadline: 23 October 2026 Caltor is looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage technical recruitment and HR operations for its fully remote team. You’ll own the hiring process from job posting to onboarding, working directly with the company’s founding partners. What you’ll do: — Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and other roles — Partner with founding partners to create and manage job openings — Screen applications and maintain accurate candidate records — Source software engineers for client projects and internal opportunities — Coordinate interviews and collect interviewer feedback — Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates — Ensure a human-centered candidate experience throughout recruitment — Manage onboarding, including documentation, identity verification, and contracts — Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave documentation — Ensure appropriate handling of candidate and employee personal data What they’re looking for: — Experience recruiting software engineers or other technical professionals — Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers — HR operations experience, including onboarding, employment records, and contracts — Experience hiring internationally for remote teams — Strong written English and ability to handle confidential information — Availability for some working hours overlapping with New York business hours What they offer: — Fully remote work from any country — Flexible working hours — Competitive compensation — Direct collaboration with founding partners — Opportunity to work with senior engineers and influence hiring decisions Hiring process: Every application is reviewed by a person, without automated screening or rejection.
